The HSBMPO TPC will be hosting its regular meeting on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at the City of Harlingen-City Hall, 118 E. Tyler, Harlingen, TX 78550 at 2:00 p.m. Items on the agenda include:

7. Presentation of the FY 2011 Annual Listing of Projects
8. Discussion of the HSBMPO Traffic Light Synchronization RFP and the Public Transportation & Implementation Plan RFP

11. Status Reports

12. Closed Session: Discussion of the MPO Director’s Annual Employee
Performance Evaluation
Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.074 Personnel Matters, the Harlingen-San Benito MPO Policy Committee may convene in a closed, non-public meeting to discuss any matters related to appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties and discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee and to hear any complaints or charges against an office or employee.
13. Reconvene into regular session, and consider action, if necessary on any items (s), discussed in executive session

This meeting is open to the public and all interested individuals/parties are encouraged to attend. All HSBMPO Policy Committee meetings are held in accessible facilities.
